How to Record a Microsoft Teams Presentation With Webcam & Audio
Teams can record a meeting, but it is not designed for a polished, async presentation video where your slides are the main focus and your face appears as a small picture-in-picture. SlideStage gives you that layout without opening Teams, hosting a meeting, or uploading to the cloud.
1. Export your deck as a PDF
In PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or Canva, export the deck as a PDF. Each slide becomes one page. Animations and transitions are flattened, so duplicate any slides that build in stages if you want each stage as its own frame.
2. Load the PDF into SlideStage
Open SlideStage and drop the PDF onto the upload area. The slides render locally in your browser — no Teams meeting, no cloud storage, and no waiting. You can also use a folder of PNG or JPG images.
3. Turn on camera and microphone
Allow camera and microphone access. Drag the webcam bubble to a corner that keeps your face visible without hiding your content. For a Teams-style presentation recording, place the bubble near the top of the screen so your eyes are close to the lens and you maintain eye contact with the audience.
4. Add an optional script (not recorded)
